NCIV invites National Program Agency program staff to view two ten-minute video productions, Data Entry: A Video for Users of eNPA and Searching and Exporting. They are intended as both an introduction for new staff and a refresher exercise for veteran users of the eNPA application.  After you have viewed the videos, send any comments or questions to the presenter, Jodi Roy, at the Help Desk (civnpasupport@comcast.net or 1-866-266-4367).

And remember, as you use eNPA, EXPORT, EXPORT, AND EXPORT AGAIN so that the new information will become accessible in the EVDB-e and eCIV for your IVLP partners at the Department of State and the Councils for International Visitors.

Video#1 Data Entry
The step-by-step instructions take you through entering new data and editing existing information for both persons and organizations, including appointment resources, hotels, and transportation companies.  To view, click here.  Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on the various buttons to control the volume and to stop, go back, and fast forward the presentation.

Video #2 Searching and Exporting
The video illustrates the various ways you can search for data in your eNPA database, then export the data as a file (Excel, Word). The exported file can then be used, including in a mail merge, to generate lists, letters, and reports. To view, click here. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on the various buttons to control the volume and to stop, go back, and fast forward the presentation.
